The property is approached via an A-road, then on minor roads finishing via a made up private lane. The property has own parking area and a garage. Please park in or in front of the garage. Main entrance door accessed via flight of steps with handrail. Approx 9 steps. Then a narrow concrete path to the back door. Steps down through front garden to the road below, approx 20 steps, plus other steps, unfenced, from conservatory to the front path. The garden is a good size, sloping in parts and all laid to gravel and stone. No grass. There are unfenced steps and drops within the garden. Garden furniture in two areas. Some external lighting. 'We had a relaxing Easter at Shell Haven, the weather was mixed but we still enjoyed some great walking along the coastal path and beach (which is right outside). The house was lovely and warm and has the most amazing view of Amroth beach. We enjoyed watching the waves from the lovely conservatory/large French windows which really do make the most of the view. The owners have obviously got an eye for every detail and the property is spacious, well-equipped and very tastefully furnished. We felt at home and very relaxed. We have stayed in many cottages over the years and would say this is the highest standard we have been to. We may be back in the summer to take advantage of better weather/the lovely decking that has been added this year!'
